The register is a joint register used by Suomen Uusyrityskeskukset ry and local service agencies in which case, the register information is obtained not only by the local service agencies but also by Suomen Uusyrityskeskukset ry, which acts as a co-operation organization.

The following information is stored in the register:
First name and last name
Email address
Idea with response
In addition, the server collects the following information:
- IP address
- Browser name and version
- Operating system name and version
- Previous site visited
- Pages visited on our site

In addition to the controller, the information received in the register for each municipality/city is processed by the local business advisors.
We ensure, through contractual arrangements, that the processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and in an otherwise appropriate
manner.
10. Transfer of data outside the EU
The register is stored on a secure server that can only be accessed by the controller and the technical administrators authorised by the controller. Data is not disclosed, copied, or transferred outside of the EU.
11. Automated decision-making and profiling
We do not use the data for automated decision-making or profiling.
